I have been a member at Motiv Pilates for a few years and I am very happy, I have become stronger and more flexible which was and remains my goal. I was drawn to the Reformer and it quickly became part of my regular fitness routine. The Instructors are professional and attentive, guiding me through classes and always answers any questions that I have. The Motiv schedule allows for many choices of classes/times and it’s easy to book classes online, especially using the app.
I started coming to MOTIV in April 2022, and my posture and strength have significantly improved. The instructors are friendly, professional and positive. I am challenged, encouraged and gently guided in the amazing instructor lead classes. Similarly, the Instructorless classes are easy to follow and offer a pleasant experience. There is an atmosphere of community, and a respect for the individual. I look forward to coming, enjoy while participating, and leave feeling brighter about the day ahead. I call it my Happy Place!
Reformer Pilates was the key to recovering from a broken back in my 40’s. For years after the injury, I struggled with crippling pain and I could hardly move. I thought I would be like that for the rest of my life. A friend recommended Reformer Pilates so I thought I would give it a try. I went to MōTIV and 8 years later I am so strong and can do anything.
