Motiv Pilates is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pilates Studio Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities: 

  • Front Desk Operations:
    • Greet clients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
    • Manage studio appointments, class schedules, and walk-ins.
    • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly.
  • Customer Service:
    • Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
    • Assist clients with class registrations, membership inquiries, and payment processing.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Maintain accurate client records and update the database regularly.
    • Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and organizing studio supplies.
  • Studio Support:
    • Collaborate with Pilates instructors to ensure smooth studio operations.
    • Assist in setting up and organizing studio before and after classes.
    • Light cleaning.
  • Sales and Promotion:
    • Actively promote studio services, memberships, and special promotions to clients.
    • Provide information on classes, packages, and membership options.
  • Qualifications:
    • Customer-Focused: A friendly and approachable personality with a passion for customer service.
    • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in basic computer skills and comfortable with studio management software.
    • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with instructors and other staff members.
    • Pilates Knowledge: While not mandatory, a basic understanding or interest in Pilates is a plus.

    Requirements:
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred.
    • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
    • Weekend and evening availability is a must.
    • Passion for health, wellness, and promoting an active lifestyle.
