Studio Policies
BOOKING
Classes can be booked up to two weeks in advance. When booking classes, you will be able to pick the machine or your spot based on first-come-first serve availability. To book, you must have an active membership, class pack or purchase a single class prior to booking.CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOW POLICY
Class Late Cancel Policy
Classes can be canceled up to 18 hours in advance free of charge. Cancellations fees are dependent on membership.
Class No Show Policy
No shows are classes booked but not attended or canceled prior to the beginning of class. No show fees are dependent on membership.
Semi-privates
24 hour window required for cancellations. Late cancel and no shows within that period lose the session. Late canceled and no-show Physio Privates will be charged 50% of appointment.
Waitlisted
If your desired class is full, you may join the waitlist. In order to join the waitlist, you must have the credit required to join or your membership must be active.
18+ hours prior to class
If a spot with the class becomes available, you will be automatically added and will receive an email notification. No confirmation is required by the client. The standard cancellation policy will be in effect (you will need to cancel 18+ hours prior to the class in order to be refunded the credit).
4 – 18 hours prior to class
If you are still on the waitlist at this time, and a spot comes available, you will be added into the class and notified by email. No confirmation is required by the client. During this window, late cancellation fees apply once you have been added into the class. However, at any time while still on the waitlist prior to being added into the class, you can cancel without losing your credit.
4 hours or less prior to class
Clients still on the waitlist 4 hours prior to class will only be notified by phone call if a spot becomes available. Please be ready. If the rider cannot be reached or decides to not take the spot, they will NOT be charged. If the rider does confirm to be added into the class, but is a no show, standard cancellation policy will apply. If we cannot get a hold of the client, we will move on to the next person on the waitlist.
CLASS CREDITS & MEMBERSHIPS
Class Credits
All purchases are final sales. All class credits expire 6 months after purchase unless otherwise stated in the purchase agreement. Extensions or credit for expiring Class Packs are not provided. Expiration reminders will be sent via e-mail.
Membership Cancellations
Memberships cannot be canceled mid-cycle. Memberships cancellation terms are dependent on membership as per Membership Agreement signed at time of purchase. In the event a purchase agreement was not signed, memberships require 28 days notice of termination.
Early Termination of Membership Contracts
Early Termination fees are applied to memberships terminated prior to the end of the term. Please see membership agreement for details.
Membership Freezes
Memberships can be frozen twice a year (during a 12 month period) for up to a total of 30days. Freezes are not open ended and require a reactivation date prior to freezing the membership.
