I haven’t spent as much time doing my Pilates practice as I would like. Despite being in lockdown, I have been quite busy planning and preparing for when the studio reopens. I try not to get my hopes up, but I know it will happen and we want to be ready. So, for now, I can prepare the plan, which I have been spending a lot of time on.
Spending that time has meant that I have been at my computer much more than usual and I am starting to feel it. So, I wanted to give my core, specifically my obliques a little TLC. I created this oblique series. It was supposed to be 10 minutes, but I really got into it so it ended up being 12 minutes.
Two extra minutes of TLC, I deserved it….I think.
