I don’t know about you, but I have my spot picked out. The spot on the patio where I am going to enjoy the first night out in what seems like forever! Its been so long, that I find it novel when I see people in movies eating out. To that point, when there are scenes of big crowds and busy streets it really has me wishing for “normal” times.
As mentioned, I am really excited about patio season, so much so that I have stepped up my Pilates game to make sure that I am putting in a little extra work to make sure I am making room for a desert or two.
I have put together a short 10 minute glute & core video that is short, but not so sweet as it will be sure to push you. No props are required, just you and the mat. Give it a shot.
