After getting 25 cms of snow earlier this week, it doesn’t feel like the warmer weather is right around the corner… but it is. Its this time a year that I really try to hunker down on my diet and tweak my workouts to make sure that my summer clothes fit they way they are supposed to.
Here is a quick little ab series that has my go-to exercise to focus on my stomach. Its only 5 minutes, so it’s easy to fit into your day.
