Sitting At The Computer Finally Caught Up To Me!

It was bound to happen. My back & neck locked up on me last week like I’ve never felt before. I only have myself to blame as I have been at the computer much more over the last couple of weeks and I wasn’t prioritizing my Pilates practice. Sometimes, you have to learn these lessons the hard way.

I felt pain in my neck, right at the base of my skull and my back was a little tight. Jonas started to massage and work on my neck but the first treatment didn’t really seem to give me any relief. After some more moaning and groaning, he went back to work on me determined to help me out.

He’s a big subscriber of “Happy Wife, Happy Life” and I was not happy. This time, he started working on my back right between my shoulder blades and boy was that tight. After 10 or fifteen minutes I was feeling much better which was a surprise because the pain was in my neck. Nonetheless I was feeling better.

In the days that followed, I worked on my neck & back and gave my hips some TLC as well. So, if you are feeling like you have been at the computer a little too much of late (maybe the last 12 months), give this 15 minute Back and Hips Release video. It might just fix you up.
