Buckle Up For This Upper Body Workout

The prospect of having the kids home full-time for the foreseeable future is something that took me some time to digest. Given where things are at the moment, I think having the kids home is the safest and smartest thing to do all things considered.

Naturally everything is disrupted when the kids are home, but I find my Pilates practice in impacted the most. It is so easy to push it off and skip a workout… or 5 workouts. So accepting that I might not get to work out as much, I made a commitment to myself to make sure the ones I counted.

For this Upper Body Workout I used a Thera band to focus on the upper body including, arms, shoulders back. So buckle up and give this workout a shot!
